Получены микроэррэй-имиджи транскриптомов клеток контрольных и трансгенных растений картофеля с генами антимикробных пептидов. В результате широкоформатной оценки транскрипции обнаружены гены, экспрессирующиеся исключительно в трансгенных образцах.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The microarray technique is optimized for analysis of transcriptomes of cells of potatoes leaves and tubers. The microarray images of the transcriptomes for cells of control and transgenic plants with genes of antimicrobial peptides are obtained.
