С помощью CAPS маркеров GP122564 и SC811260 к этим генам выделено 7 сортов и 5 гибридов – носителей гена Ry-fsto , а также 2 сорта с геном Ns. Отобранные источники устойчивости к Y- и S- вирусам рекомендованы для использования в селекции картофеля по этому признаку.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The method, which allows detection of dominant alleles of Ry-fsto and Ns, resistance genes to Y- and S- viruses respectively in one multiplex PCR, was developed. Seven cultivars and five hybrids (carriers of Ry-fsto) as well as 2 cultivars with Ns gene were selected by CAPS of markers GP122564 and SC811260 to these genes.
