Установлено, что по возрастанию степени аморфности все изученные образцы нативного картофельного крахмала можно выстроить в следующий ряд: гибрид 1600-12–51,4%, гибрид 1603-15–54,4%, гибрид 1600-4–56,5%, гибрид 1608-5–56,6%, (сорт «Диво» и гибрид 1608-10 – 57,1%), сорт «Вестник»–57,6%, гибрид 1600-7– 57,7%, сорт «Эффект»–57,8%, гибрид 1513-4–58,0%, гибрид 1598-14– 58,7%, гибрид 1607-3–58,9%.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The phase structure the natural starch received of 3 grades and 9 hybrids of a potato is investigated.
