Определены значения ключевых параметров для их эффективной экстракции, таких как время инкубации и концентрация экстрагента. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы для изучения динамики накопления общего количества фенольных соединений и гидроксикоричных кислот в тканях листьев растений картофеля в норме или при действии фитопатогенной атаки и иных внешних факторов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The method of extraction of the total content of phenolic compounds and hydroxycinnamic acids from lyophilized tissues of potato leaves has been optimized. The key parameters values, such as incubation time and extractant concentration, were determined for their efficient extraction.
