Показано, что совместное использование данных праймеров позволяет подтвердить гибридную природу продуктов слияния протопластов. Установлено, что RAPD-праймеры OPH-4 и SC10-02 могут быть использованы для выявления ДНК-полиморфизма индивидуальных линий комбинаций слияния протопластов S. tuberosum (4x) + S. bulbocastanum и S. tuberosum (2x) + S. bulbocastanum.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>RAPD-primers ОРН-04 and SC10-02 were used for the analysis of products obtained from the fusion of protoplasts of cultivated potatoes with the Mexican species S. bulbocastanum. The hybrid nature of post-fusion products was confirmed by the joint use of present primers.
